We communicated with the on line sales manager and one of his salespersons on a Saturday about an SL that was for sale. We had to drive 4 hours to get to the dealer so we couldn't make it there until Monday. I asked them to Call Me on my Cell Phone if the car was sold or its status changed before Noon on Monday when we had an appointment to see the car. When we arrived at the dealership, we were told the car had been sold that morning, and an email had been sent to us. Phil didn't bother to call us and stop us from driving all the way there. He wasn't at all apologetic for not doing so and didn't bother to offer to show us any other cars. This is a bad sales person and his actions reflect badly on the dealership. Don't bother to deal with them on line.
