Very persistent with getting your check for vehicle purchase, and calling you to pick up green slip and nothing else. NO CONCERN for consumer concerns or requests. I have been asking for signed copies of documentation since I purchased the vehicle with only having received selected signed documents and NOT all! I have spoken with Chris, Winston, Josh, Jacob, and Kevin. The only sincere one is Winston whom can only escalate the issues, and when I received copies it's only duplicates of car fax and vehicle purchase agreement.I am still awaiting my remaining signed documentation along with the second key on my vehicle which I was told there is nothing that can be done, even though the vehicle report states that I should have received 2. Also: on the day I picked up my vehicle I had to insist that I have a full tank of gas even though I was told repeatedly that the vehicle was "gassed up" and ready for pick up after I confirmed that I was on my way with the check. I also had to visit service 2x within 30days for a sensor gone bad on the brake system. It was replaced and did not have the brake fluid drained as promised. When I explained to Jacob (finance), that I am still in need of documentation, he became irate stating that he signs hundreds of deals a month there is no way he can possible remember what I signed and that my documentation is scanned into and 7 year archive system in which he has no access to, and that I and my accusing the dealership of withholding documentation from me on purpose. Bottom line: Good vehicle, VERY POOR customer service. Still awaiting complete copies of documentation and 2nd key!!!Please spend your hard earned money at a dealership who will respect you and provide Great customer service and follow up. I have purchased 8 different vehicles in my lifetime from different dealerships and this by far is the worst experience I've had with a vehicle purchase!!!I am in touch with the FTC, BBB, and Consumer Relations as well!
