I just bought my dream vehicle 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport, MOAB Industries customized, lifted and completely 4x4 ready. The entire process was very easy, absolutely no pressure. Joey handled everything from start to finish. He is very down to earth and genuinely cared that I had a good experience. He answered all of my questions, took the time to explain every detail and asked me if I needed time to think it over. He even put on cartoons for my 5 year old daughter. We did uncover that the switch for the LED light bar was never installed. He arranged a time, a very nice loaner car, and had a custom switch installed. A few days later I had misread some of the paperwork and called Joey in a panic. He immediately returned my call and made himself available. When I arrived he already had all of my paperwork ready and took me through it line by line to make sure I understood and was ok with everything. Additionally, I thought there were issues with the functioning of the winch. I brought it up and Joey walked me through how to use it as I was not operating it correctly.
