I'm writing this review because I felt compelled to share what excellent customer service I received from Drew Sroka, Angie Lazaro, and Chris Shumard during the purchase of our new Subaru Outback.Drew gave me the most in depth tutorial of the 2017 Outback I could have ever imagined. From the hood, engine, and transmission to the roof rack and all the amazing safety technology installed in the vehicle (and everything in between). He answered every question I had and was extremely thorough in showing me all of the unique features (RAB, Adaptive cruise, cross bars in the doors, etc...) that make the Outback Limited so great. He knows his facts and he knows them well! What an asset to the dealership.Angie was extremely responsive when I had questions. I particularly appreciated the breakdown she gave me of taxes, title & fees and how quickly she has responded to my e-mails. When you work in a fast paced environment, time makes all the difference.If you're looking for an honest dealership with knowledgeable, non-pushy sales people, Reedman Toll Subaru is for you.
