I have bought and sold cars at dealers, but this is the worst place in the world. Liars liars liars, I know it comes with the job of car sales, but this place should get the academy award for manipulation.

This is the first & only time I can recall where buying a car was not a dreadful soul wrenching experience, for once!These guys actually took notes of my wants, needs & budget parameters, and put together a deal I simply could not walk away from!The old school grime ball car salesman element was NO WHERE NEAR in this scenario, which deems Zeigler Jeep of Schaumburg worthy of recommending to people.

Purchased a new Jeep Cherokee last week. Had a great experience. Ervin Cottingham was very helpful and worked very hard to make my experience a pleasant one. Any and all problems were dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership and make sure to ask for Ervin when you get there.

Just purchased a new Jeep Patriot from Ziegler and the process was painless. We were able to finance it according to my budget which was essential to the purchase. Ervin Cottingham provided exceptional costumer service and walked me through the process entirely. This is my second time buying a vehicle from Ziegler and it will be the only dealer that gets my business in the future. Great experience all around, the entire team is awesome!

Got my new 2016 jeep patriot today.

We agreed on a price for a new Dodge Durango and spent the next 4 hours filling out paper work. They say the trade with another dealer will be "NO PROBLEM". They of course are trade in isn't worth anything($750) and would rather not even take it. We then tell neighbors about the trade in only to have a bidding war for the beast. So we call the dealership and tell them that don't worry about the trade in and all of a sudden....are car was in an accident(bumper) ad they don't want to trade with them. TOTAL BULLCRAP! as then they kept trying to UPSELL cars we already turned down.

I just bought my 2016 Jeep Patriot and 3 weeks later it's leaking water inside the car when it rains. Came to the dealer to make an appointment and show the where it's leaking water from and the service guy Bill tells me "what do you want me to do?" I thought it was rude but whatever. They called me the next day to verify the appointment and the guy made it for the wrong time. I come back the day of my appointment and I am waiting an no one helps me after I pull my car inside the service dock. They asked other people if they have been helped but not me!!! I tried to get this resolved ASAP since I have severe allergies to mold and cannot afford for my brand new car to get moldy inside!!!

We only stopped to shop around and see what they had. After a full day of visiting dealers in Schaumburg, we fully expected to be there only a few minutes as the place was packed with other potential buyers. Nino took the time to talk us and help us to look at various options. He was very patient and thoroug. We will definitely go back to Zeigler AND Nino in a few months for my wife's car. Nino was our salesman. We had such a nice experience dealing with Nino that we went back a month later and purchased a second vehicle from him. One Cherokee, one GC and zero complaints.

THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO GETTING YOUR CAR FIXED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME! THIS PLACE SUCKS. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER.
