SERVICE DEPARTMENT STOLE MY PROPERTY

I took my truck in for a recall notice. Everything went fine and I was impressed with the number of people working in the service department. A few days later I realized that someone from the service department stole something from my glove compartment. Took it out of a case, closed the case and put the case back. I am certain this happened at the dealership. I reported the theft, and was told the service manager would review camera footage and call me back. The week has gone by and I never got a call. So in my opinion, they do not care that they have at least one THIEF IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.How would you like to have your property stolen from your car?

Crooks in ties - zero sales ethics

I and my wife was attracted by the new 2016 Toyota Prius and we will pretty firm to get a reasonable price and purchase one. The Latino salesperson was ever trying to 'jack' up the sticker price after the show around. When I told him that we are no longer interested and he marched off with our given details and just run our credit without our consent. He refused to return our given personal details despite asking for it several times. Eventually we requested the assistance of the Alhambra police department. Behaving like crooks will not get you a new sale. If you and that Asian sales manager is reading this; I suggest both of you to man up and stop bullying potential customers. We are never going to get ANY cars from this dealership. EVER

Service department check-in person is clueless !

*** UPDATE.. at 8:15 am the call me as Im waiting in the showroom... " I'm sorry... we dont have your part " *** arrived at 6:45 am with an appointmwnt for a part repair that tgey had to order from yesterdays 6:45 am arrival. I have an appointment for today at 7 am. Di Wu told me I will need to leave my car most of the day and get a rental. I stated " I have an appointment for 7 am, why would replacing one small part take all day ? " He stated " we may get busy and this could take awhile ". My response was " why should it take most of the day if I have a 7 am appointment ?". I have been here several time ( I live very close ). I have found Wondries Toyota makes appointments for money paying payrons to show up....not the business to make their patrons a priority to respect their time ! Horrible, disrespectful and insulting !

One of the things I do not like is when people lie and are dishonest, especially for the benefit of themselves only. In this case, this is what happened. This is my first time buying a car, and ending up buying a used car. However after driving it for 2 days, the front bumper side bracket broke. When I took it to another toyota to have it looked at, They said the bumper bracket was previously broken, meaning that they told me the car was "fully inspected" and sold me a car with defects. The next step was even worse, having to deal with them to get them to replace the WHOLE bumper because the bracket was part of the bumper was an experience like no other. Not only did I have to be late for work several days, but also was lied about when the car would be ready 2 times, until they finally gave me a loaner (they gave it to me on the second day my car was in the shop, didn't even offer or give me a loaner car in the beginning).Long story short, stay away from Wondries Toyota, Even if you have a friend that can get you a discount there, it isn't worth it!

Toyota Wondries in Alhambra has the BEST service!!! Todd and the rest of his staff are ALWAYS cordial, considerate, friendly, and prompt!!! They give my family and I 5-star service every time we bring in our cars. They don't hesitate to answer any minor questions when I have dropped by without an appointment. It's great to know that we can bring our car to them with TRUST knowing that we will be taken care of.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! They are dishonest and you will be wasting your time with these people. They will NOT offer you the best price and in fact they lie about the incentives you are entitled to receive. I recently visited Wondries Toyota and was approached by a salesperson named Nicholas, very young guy that doesn't seem very confident in what he's doing. We looked at a particular vehicle that we wanted to test drive and instead of getting the keys for that vehicle, he said, "Well I have the keys for this other vehicle, they're all the same so let's take this one for a test drive." We told him that if we were interested in purchasing the vehicle, we wanted to test drive that particular vehicle to make sure it handles well and everything is working properly." He seemed bothered by the fact that he had to go retrieve the keys. He did get the keys and we went for a test drive. During the test drive I asked him about certain features that the vehicle had and he did not know the answer to my questions. He would just say, "I don't know but I'll find out." When we returned to the sales lot, I asked if he could give us a price quote and stated that we were in a hurry. He said, "No problem, I can give it to you within 5 minutes" and took us into a room. He then stared at a computer screen for literally 10 minutes and within that time wrote the sticker price on a piece of paper and then asked for my driver's license. I asked why he needed my driver's license to give us a price quote and he loudly stated, "If you don't want to give me your license then I'll only offer you the sticker price!" To which I replied, "Then you just completely wasted our time and you are being very rude." He apologized and said he would call the Internet Sales Manager to give us a better price and when that guy came in, it didn't get any better. He was condescending and VERY pushy and rude. When I told him that all we wanted was a price quote for the vehicle, he said, "Well it all depends on how much money you will put as down payment and we don't know what the interest will be." What he didn't know was that I already had done my research online and knew what a fair price would be for that vehicle and that Toyota was offering 0% APR on ALL new vehicles. When I told him this, he rudely said, "Well I didn't know about that incentive, where did you find that info.?" I let him know that it was clearly stated on the Toyota.com website and he proceeded to look for it and found it. I thought to myself and told him, you are the manager here and you don't know about that? He got defensive and said, "well I've been busy around here and I don't always have time to check those things out!" Isn't that their job?? Anyhow, I let him know that we would not be purchasing the vehicle there...since by now they had just wasted 35 minutes of our time and before we were let out of that room, he tried to make me sign a long document which he never explained what it was. He set the document on the table, handed me a pen and said, "ok, just sign here." I was completely upset by this, I DID NOT SIGN the unknown document and walked out of there and NEVER looked back. This is a horrible place with horrible people. They have no customer service skills and all they want to do is take advantage of any potential customer that walks into their place. Please BE AWARE of this!!

this is the most mickey mouse dealership there is. it's more of an amusement park than a business. they take you for a ride and then try to bend you over. drove out there b/c they said the had the car... NOPE! the reason? "i didnt see your email". you are the "internet sales manager" and you dont check your email?next time, save me a 35 mile drive and be upfront with me.. wait a sec, there will be no next time. no wonder i never see a wondries toyota license plate frame.. b/c people are smart not to purchase there.
