I bOught a 2015 Kia Forte with 10,000 miles on it. Not only is the car perfect, but the ease of the service process was the icing on the cake. Now I get to have my cake and eat it too LOL.

I recently purchased 2015 hyandai sonata, the customer service was excellent. I didn't feel hassled, no obnoxious sales person. The price was reasonable, I love my purchase! I would refer family and friends!

I took my 2001 santa fe in for a gas tank recall. I asked them to not put it on the ramp where my tired would hang because the struts would break & they snickered at me & did it anyway & did not tell me the struts were broke when they sent me on my way home. I had to drive 20 miles and hour & lucky I did not end up in the shoulder of the road or oncoming traffic. when I contacted them they showed no concern & the owner's son was less than helpful. here it is 3 months later & they never did anything for me not even an apology and worse thing yet they told me the gas tank was fine but they didn't even do the smoke test to see if it was leaking which it was & they said it wasn't. now I am waiting for a gas tank to come in at a different dealer
