Every time i go to Village Cadillac, it is a pleasure to work with Debbie Henry. She is courteous, honestand helpful. She always provides me with a loaner, if one is available. I appreciate her thoughtfulnessas I need a car with my work. I have been using Village Cadillac since 2005. I am on my third Cadillacand hoping to continue buying Cadillacs in the future. Was assisted by Debbie Henry and was provided very professional service. Completed the service required (fixed a slow leak in one of my tires) well within the estimated wait time that she provided me. I take my vehicle (SRX) to Village any time it needs service and Debbie Henry always provides excellent service.

Joseph Ceparano has sold us most of our Cadillac's while we have lived in Florida. He has always been professional, knowledge in the sale of his products. Thanks to Joe and Village Cadillac we are back to Caddilac and will enjoy our Xt5 for the coming years.

From the fellow who took my keys when I pulled up to the customer rep who handles my service needs, I was made to feel welcomed and that I would be very satisfied when I left. I was!Two separate requests to have a part of the car checked (shifter control and the drivers side door latch ) resulted in parts ordered and replaced, all on a timely manner and professionally done (just before warentry was up).

One of the many reasons I have going to Village for the past several years is the family feeling I get from all the employees. Debbie Henry is one of the best service people I have met. She is very good and knows all the products at your dealership very well. Debbie is a true pro and it is easy to understand how much she loves her job. She treats all customers very well. My wife went to start her car and she couldn't. I reviewed the menu and found the battery level to be low. I called Village Cadillac and Debbie Henry (service manager) told me not to worry just bring the car in. I did so and within and hour my car had a new battery and I was on my way. I can not tell you that I also walk away with a smile and complete satisfaction whenever I have my car serviced at village Cadillac and how professional, respectful and personal Debbie Henry is along with the rest of the staff at Village Cadillac.

Overall a great experience! Quick and professional attentionDebbie Henry is responsive, knowledgeable and has me in and out in no time. She has a great personality and is easy to deal with. It was my last free service on the warranty but I will be back for any service that my car needs.

After shopping at three other dealers (two of them were closer to home), we purchased our third Cadillac from Village. Chris Mehelic went out of his way to find the vehicle we wanted. Visited their service department on three occasions. Alicia, the Accessories Manager, graciously solved the first two problems without any hiccups. The most current problem was a pierced rear tire that caused a very slow leak. "Rich" in the garage couldn't fix it and the tire was replaced the next day. During these visits, the pleasant helpful attitude of Debbie Henry made the visits a different experience from what you would normally expect. We live almost fifty miles from this dealership, but with the service we've received from this staff, we know where our car will be taken care of in the future.

Once again I needed to take my car in for a repair. As usual I went to Village Cadillac.Debbie Henry handled it in her usual efficient manner. She wrote up the order and got the car into the shop. In short order the found what was the problem and in their usual inspection found another serious one. She handled both of them and ordered parts set up a return appointment and we were on our way. the parts came in and a new appointment was made. that appointment was kepe and again we left feeling good and felt safe because our car was done right. That is an example of "Excellence" and why I travel 100 miles to have my car done right. Debbie Henry helps to set the standard for excellence.
