Thank you to your friendly and knowledgeable employees Tim Winkler and Rocky. Can't say enough good things about all the employees I encountered. Loved the new waiting room. Also thank you to the young lady for offering sandwiches and drinks. I enjoyed her company. Very positive experience.

Even for something as simple as an oil change, the staff make you feel very welcome. I have always been offered something to eat or drink. This dealership has my old Chevy dealer beat hands down.

Service was performed on my 2008 Honda Odyssey on 10/07/16. The work was completed and as we drove the vehicle off the lot the check engine light was still on which was the reason for service in the first place. The tech who performed the service could not be located so I was given a loaner to drive home. I was home 30 minutes and the Dealer called to say the vehicle was ready again. We now had to drive back to the Dealer and pick up our Odyssey. This should never happen at Honda and someone dropped the ball in this case. This is a total inconvenience for the customer which Honda says is the first priority.

Victory Honda personnel were very polite and courteous. We had the oil changed and had them check battery and fluids.I recommend Victory Honda to anyone who would like to either buy a car or have their car serviced. I bought our new car approx. 6 years back from Victory Honda.And I am fully satisfied with the service provided by Victory Honda.

Victory Honda of Plymouth is a highly professional, proficient organization, whom I would recommend highly. From my salesman, to the technician who serviced my CR-V, it's been an excellent experience. I've owned 4 Hondas previously, and foolishly tried a GM product. Please note that I have returned to Honda. That should speak volumes!
