Loaners are readily given, but communication about car status, when to pick up, what work was actually done, or even where to wait when your car is being pulled up after service could be better

I initially bought a used 3 series, but decided it was not the vehicle for me and returned it. The staff was amazing and treated me the same as if I was buying an M5. I ended up buying a new 328i (which I love), and the entire staff was just great.
