Stevens Creek Toyota
So we went here to get a rapair so we were checking in the car and they asked for the keys made the mistake of giving all the keys because they were being very pushy and handed over all the keys. Then when we can to pick up the car and keys they lost them and went looking for them for 20 minutes because they lost them like that's terrible and unprofessional. Then they finally found them and gave them back. Then a few weeks later we woke up to both of our cars robbed and pretty much emptied. One of the cars has an alarm so it had to have been them because a car not going off. Concluded that this dealership is messed up and well never go here because this dealership is dishonest.
Sunday afternoon walked into this dealership to check out their current sales event. We needed a car and wanted to check out the options between a lease or a purchase. Mr. Williams greeted us upon entry and was super courteous. I see that some people left negative messages about this place...we spent the entire afternoon there and I did not have any negative experiences. We were treated with respect and professionalism. I've never seen a salesman like this guy. We ended up leasing a Prius with a sweet deal. The finance guy was awesome as well. Thank you Mr. Williams and Mr. Singh for your help and professionalism! Other dealers should come and learn from you!
I had a service at Stevens Creek Toyota. They did my service, Rick came and let me know what all the specs were and mentioned my air filter in the engine and the car needed to be changed. I had them do it. Every thing checked out great.
I had an appointment at 10 am for 15000 miles service. I arrived on time. They took my car and asked me to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours. 3 hours later I came back to pick up my car. They hadn't done anything. I had to take my car back and leave. Wasted 4 hours. I called service manager but didn't get a callback.
I would recommend Stevens Creek Toyota for general car servicing. I had a satisfactory experience with the dealer here. Lounge has good facilities including TV, free wifi, etc.
quoted 4 hours 2 days later it's done. Fog lights and spoiler installation. Can't get a straight answer. Can't get a call back from service manger. Will never go back.
I highly recommend this dealership. I went in wanting a particular car but thought I could never afford it. Jason worked his magic and offered me different options. First time that I leave a dealership not feeling like I just got robbed. When I returned to pick up my car, Jason took the time to show me all the new technology, and showed great patience.
