camran at Santa Monica suvs was very good! he has a lot of patients with me over the last four months. Always had the time for me and always got back to me. Sale went smooth and had a great experience. Dealership is really friendly and have AAA in house saved time. Keep up the good work!

The only place to buy a car is here! Camran is an absolute gem! He is professional, considerate and very knowledgeable! He knows everything about cars! You can ask him about what model and make is reliable and a good investment, and he tells you the truth. He takes the hassle out of buying a car! In fact, he is so ethical.... He talked me into a more reasonable car that he helps to maintain and he is able to master the art of having all a car's needs manifested in one place. His team is extraordinary because Camran cares about what he does and who he sells his cars to... In fact, he will guide you and will help all the people that come to him find the right car for their needs without any non sense! This is the only place to buy a car on Los Angeles! Thank you Santa Monica SUV! My car buying process was the easiest I've ever been apart of! Cameron and his crew got us in and out with the car of our dreams! When we got home we found a small chip in the windshield. Cameron put us in touch with his mobile repairman, we got it fixed at home at our leisure! Thank you Cameron!

I found Santa Monica suvs by searching for cars on cars.com. I drove down to their lot and was pleased with the quality of their used vehicles. I ended up driving off the lot that day with a new SUV and am very happy with my experience. andy and camran were straight forward and didn't try to hassle me at all. By the time I was finished with the paperwork, the car was cleaned and had brand new floor mats. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Range/Land Rover or any other vehicle in their preowned fleet.

Andy delnavaz made my first time car buying experience easy and stress free. Andy is very informative, and with his knowledge of the entire land rover lineup, he was able to provide insightful guidance to help me find the vehicle that would be best suited for my needs. I had been doing my own research for a while, and I had finally decided on the vehicle I was after. Andy's knowledge and my research combined allowed me to find exactly the vehicle I wanted and for the price I wanted to pay. No tricks. No hidden ANYTHING. I couldn't have imagined a more painless first time car buying experience. Santa Monica suvs inventory gave me the best chances of finding the vehicle that works best for me and was well within my price range. I am definitely going to be recommending Andy and Santa Monica suvs to my friends

I purchased a 2011 Range Rover Sport HSE Luxury and could not be happier with the service from Santa Monica Rover (now Santa Monica SUV's) The sales person was Andy - he was excellent - very, very patient and not all all pushy. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me sound, impartial advice on the various cars that suited my budget. I made three separate visits before I made a decision! Camran is a senior manager who handles the paperwork and finance. I took out a little finance for 12 months and he arranged this with no fuss. After I left the dealership I noticed a mistake on the paperwork and informed Camran. He replied immediately to resolve the genuine oversight and could not have been more helpful or courteous.... arranging for a new contract with no fuss! Be wary of the poor reviews on here: I am very critical of all things customer service and can say that this business is well run and prides itself on customer service. What a shame more satisfied customer can't be more motivated to give accurate feedback! Thank you Camran and Andy....when the time is right I will definitely be back for my next Range Rover (Supercharged next time!)

I went to another dealership at first and was very disappointed because the truck I wanted was not there and they still had it listed that it was available online. On top of that, they kept trying to sell me another truck that I didnt even want. I drove over an hour to get to this place and my experience was horrible. So before I braced myself to deal with the traffic heading back home, I called Santa Monica SUVs. The customer service was awesome! The salesman was very understanding and even called me to follow up. After I bought the truck from them, I told them that their customer service was one of the main reasons I wanted to buy from them. They never tried to sell me something I did not want and they were honest and fair. The vehicles on the lot were very well maintained (unlike the other place I went to) and they let me browse at my own pace. Recently, a couple stopped me to admire my truck and saw that I had Santa Monica SUVs paper plates. They said that they often drive by there and wondered if buying a truck from them was worth it, I said yes!

I was looking to purchase a used Land Rover. I called ahead to make sure the vehicle I wanted to look at it was still available and that a test drive would be possible. Upon inspection the vehicle had a brake light out, a bent window frame, a broken LCD screen, cracking window seals, rough engine, bad brakes, balding tires, and other problems. Yes, it is a used car, and I was hoping for some room for price negotiating. But the sale manager, Hamid, said the price was firm. When I asked to test drive the vehicle, I was only allowed to drive it for a few blocks. When asked if I could test the vehicle's cruise control and handling on the freeway, I was told no because of insurance problems on the dealer's side. I was reassured everything worked fine on the vehicle, but I wanted to see for myself. Since I was not able to, I asked for a guarantee in writing if the cruise control would fail. I was told a firm, "No!" So I asked for Hamid to drive us on the freeway to test the cruise control and handling at higher speeds. Again I was told "no." If they are not going to guarantee something in writing when they deny me from testing the vehicle myself, then why should I purchase a vehicle that may fail the second I drive off their lot? I would have appreciated more assistance and written assurance for the vehicle if they were not going to let me "fully" test drive the vehicle.
