I drive 30 plus miles one way to have my Kia serviced at Rusty Wallace Kia. The service dept is great and helps in making important decisions on what services I need. Definitely recommend this Kia dealership for women who are responsible for the maintenance of their vehicle. Hartsell
I have never had any problems with the Service Dept. I live out of town so they have even assisted me a couple of times without an appointment.
I went to several dealerships when I started my search for a car and felt judged and was not helped by a few of them at all. At Rusty Wallace Kia of Morristown this was not the case. I was immediately greeted by a sales associate and he was very friendly and courteous as we had our baby with us and forgot our stroller he offers to let us borrow his. All the other employees were very friendly and helpful as well. We had a very specific want and need for this car search and were on a tight budget. They worked with us for over 5 hours to get us what our family needed and within our budget. I and 100% satisfied with the beautiful Kia Sorrento we purchased and the dealerships service that was provided. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are in need of something just tell them and they will do there very best to get you in what you want.
Im Dylan, I was skeptical abput this location due to other bad reviews, However, I attempted it anyway and to my suprise, the reviews were wrong. My car was serviced and I was also looking to purchase a new one. They were honest about what was wrong on my vehicle & gave me a fair quote on repairs.. They added dye in my oil free pf charge to find out where my oil was leaking.. That in itself was awesome. Great criendly employees and my new go-to fpr inspections and oil changes. Repair pricing was average but the customer service is worth it. They let u know during inspections and even brought me out to see the needed fixes for my own 2 eyes as assurance. Great and awesome people for the most part.
When I arrived to purchase my new vehicle,my salesperson was ready and willingly to assist me with any questions or information I was acquiring.
When I bought our 2014 kia sportage the sales men went out of their way to make the deal that I could afford. I've bought several vehicles there and have always been treated as I'm the one buying no one is pushy about making you buy. When I took it back for service they are very accommodating you can sit in the waiting area to watch whatever on their TV or as I like to do go around looking at the new car products and the employees are always checking on you to see if you need anything this is a great dealership and great bunch to work with when you need a new or used vehicle. Thanks Guy's for making it more of a family and friendship!!
I came in for an oil change and was made to feel like my business was very appreciated. Never been treated that well in a place like this!!!
I called for them to check my granddaughter's car to make sure it was running good and change the oil she is driving to and from Cookeville for college several times a month and it makes me feel so much better that she is safe in her car they are great And I would recommend them to anybody they are very accommodating to our time frame excellent service
I was there for a oil change and these guys and gals were awesome!!!! I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be back.
