The entire staff there is so wonderful! The woman that greets you at the front door is so sweet! One phone call was all it took to get the price I wanted and the financing I wanted. One. phone. call. The deal for my 2016 Jeep Trailhawk was effortless from beginning to end. I showed up at the showroom on Saturday, and Bob Sauder greeted me, remembered everything we talked about, gave me the keys to test drive the vehicle, and went out of his way to make sure it was everything I wanted. Bob showed me to the financing office and (I cannot remember the man's name) went through the paperwork in less than thirty minutes. These people know what they are doing, and they want you to have the car of your dreams with no hassle. Bob, in the meantime, took the vehicle to the shop and had it washed and filled with gas after giving me a cold drink while I hung out in the showroom. But that's not all. Bob then got in the vehicle with me and showed me how to use all of the electronics in the Trailhawk - which was a minimum of another thirty minutes. If you buy a car anywhere else, you are probably paying too much. This same vehicle at another dealer was 3000 more with no negotiation.
I stopped by to look at a Red 2016 Dodge Challenger Scatpack Shaker with a 6.4 Hemi- I worked with Bob Sauder, and he was great. From the initial no hassle test drive to the financing- everything was great! I highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a new car. I will definitely be back to buy my next vehicle there. PS- and I definitely recommend a 6.4 Dodge Challenger- a great car!

We traveled about 2 hours to get here, and on arrival the car we inquired about was even better than Bob described. He was kind enough to look it over and give me a call back with a detailed report before we drove down. I traveled 170 miles to Roanoke from Southern, IL to have minor recall service work performed on my 2013 Viper. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership that worked around my schedule on a Saturday. The Technician is an expert, the service Advisor (Rick Hammer) and entire staff is more than accommodating and offered me a loaner car to go out for lunch. They went the extra mile and corrected a couple minor items to my car without an extra charge. This is a top shelf business model built on old fashioned ethics to "take care of the customer".
I had looked around at different dealerships and read many good reviews about Roanoke Motor and also talked to several people that had a very positive experience about their purchase from the dealership and the service they provide after your purchase. I worked with Bob Sauder on my purchase. He did a great job. He was very good explaining different options and what was available. After I decided what I wanted and Bob doing some research I ended up ordering my Rubicon from factory. When car got to dealership the experience with the Financial Aaron Hoffman was great and Bob walking me through all the features of the Jeep was extremely helpful (I am a first time Jeep Wrangler owner). I would recommend Roanoke Motor Co Inc to anyone that wants to buy a vehicle. Because of the positive experience we are moving our Service of our two other vehicles from other dealerships to theirs.

After visiting two other dealerships and not getting the deal we wanted on a 2015 Jeep Wrangler ... my wife suggested we try Roanoke Motor Company. Being greeted by a Host est was a new one for me. She was very pleasant and advised the Salesmen OPIE we were there. Purchasing from him was straight forward and no run a round like most other Dealership's. He gave us a fair amount for our Trade and asked a reasonable price for his Vehicle as well.
