We spoke with our salesman, Dwayne Welch, regarding the trade-in of our 2012 SRX and purchasing a new SRX. He called back immediately to let us know about a courtesy car that would be available for purchase with just over 2300 miles. He told us specifics about the car and an approximately price. We made an appointment to travel from our home (over 150 miles away) to see the car. The 2015 SRX we purchased is better than a new car because of the discounted price we received. This is the 8th vehicle we have purchased from Randall Motors so they have earned our loyalty. We always feel satisfied with our purchases and appreciate the personal service we receive. I would think with most big car dealers the purchasers aren't greeted by the owner and then the owner starts the finance papers because the finance officer is at lunch. George Randall and Dwayne Welch know how to treat their customers and the service department is friendly and knowledgeable.
They came out and picked the car up, and returned it when finished! No problems!
I buy Cadillac's and from Randall motors not just because I like the car, but the service and the salesman and the owner are extremely helpful and friendly. It's the dealership itself and everyone involved that sells the car. the whole dealership projects are friendly and helpful atmosphere that makes you want to come back and keep buying from that dealership.
What a nice way to spend a warm, winter San Angelo afternoon. Making new friends, drinking good coffee and oh yeah, going home with a beautiful new car. Seriously, they make car buying very easy. And they saved me having to make a long trip to San Antonio for a new car. Dwayne, my salesman, was very knowledgable and experienced. He questioned me re my preferences and color choices, then walked me directly to a new 2016 ATS that matched my everything. It doesn't get any easier than that! I drove the car, loved it, it fit in my garage very nicely so we went back to the dealership to finalize the deal. While Dwayne was doing his job working up the deal, I sat in the beautiful lobby and was joined by the owner, George Randall, another delightful person. We traded life stories and made great conversation with a good cup of coffee. After agreeing on price, trade in, etc. it was a done deal and Randall Motors detailed my beautiful new car. I proudly drove it home. I am a single senior citizen, and I really value and appreciate the thoughtfulness, friendliness, personal care and concern shown me. I always felt comfortable and well taken care of and in good hands. No areas of concern at all.

Work was scheduled and completed on time. Service Dept was very clean and employees were very very polite and nice. All in all my experience was pleasant.
The staff worked diligently to repair my vehicle and performed other needed maintenance while vehicle was in the shop
