I have purchased/leased 5 SUV's from this dealership over the past 14 years. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING & I've always been treated with respect & kindness. I've dealt with the same salesman, Rayshawn Jackson, every time & he has always gone above & beyond to get me the best deal possible. He had even come in on his off days to show me vehicles that I was interested in. I would recommend this dealership to any & everyone. Jermaine Dixon, the general manager has also gone above and beyond to ensure that I'm always a satisfied customer.

The staff was courtesy itself. There was no hurry and no rush as we look at different models of cars. I was afforded time to relax with my thoughts without interruptions. The final paperwork was finished quickly and smoothly while providing answers to all my questions.

I bought my 2004 Ford Ranger from them and took my truck in to repair a ABS light. I had bought an extended warranty thinking it would be covered. It was not covered and they told me the repairs were going to be $938.00. I thought that was way to high so I took my truck to Wayne's garage who fixed it for $ 368.29. They fixed my truck with the same parts that Performance quoted me for $938.00. Sounds like they are trying to make up in service what they are missing in sales.

We had a great experience. We worked with Logan, and he was fantastic. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. We went in wanting to buy a particular car (I found a pre-owned online I loved) and he did everything we asked to ensure we left with it that night. I would absolutely recommend you go buy your next vehicle from Logan! (Not to mention the FANTASTIC deal wegot!!)

After talking with the manager here we work things out to get my 2007 grand cherokee fixed , he was very understanding and helped me resolve my issue with no problems i would highly recommend this dealership i will buy from here again. I want to thank you again for working with me on this.

Bought a 2007 jeep grand cherokee a week ago told them about the exhaust it has holes in it refuse to fix it now. I will never buy there again this is my 4th car here and my last. Mark. Cincinnati
