Best way to sum up the dealership is WOW. I had called about a car I had seen on the cars.com app and from the start Christian was so helpful. He waited for my arrival and already had the Altima I was interested at looking at ready. He was honest and answered all my questions thoroughly. While we waited we had several of his coworkers provide the best service I have seen in the dealership ever. They repeatedly offered us beverages and snacks and one particular person, Kevin, entertained us with some delightful stories and conversation. I can't wait to go back and purchase a Maxima from them. At the prices and service this dealership is a the best I've ever been to.
When I came to Nissan in Boernre, I was impressed by the way Adnan, a Seles representative, greeted me. Once I stepped through that door, he made me feel right at home by offering me a snack and something to drink. Adnan was also kind enough to unlock the 2016 GTR so that I could have a closer look at the renowned sports car. I came in to find a car that suits me and I left with a Nissan 370Z touring. It's great and hasn't failed me yet, and I've had the car for about three months now. Even now, this sales representative still follows up with me by checking up on my well being with the car. I highly recommend Nissan in Boerne to anyone looking for a safe and reliable car.

I always dread having to go and buy a car but I have to admit right from the start that his was the absolute best and fastest car buying experience I have ever had in my life. We were reccomended by another customer to go in and work with Jesse and I have to say that he is he most professional and friendly salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He took the time to go through several cars that were within my budget and made sure I test drove every single one of them. When I finally picked a car he and the rest of the team had it approved in less than half an hour which has never happened to me in my life. We walked into the dealership at 9:30am and Jesse had me in a new car driving on my way by 1:00pm, which I used to think was impossible but y'all made it happen. Everyone else there was very professional and friendly as well and the dealership itself is immaculate. Will definitely be recommending this dealership and Jesse in particular to anyone who is looking for a car.

I went to about 4 dealerships before I went to Nissan of Boerne. Let me tell you, all the other dealerships sales guys were like vultures hovering overhead. Then I saw the GREAT deals that Nissan of Boerne had, and I had to go see these guys. My first point-of-contact was Jesse Saiz. He was not at all like the other guys at the other dealerships. He was available, but never, ever made me feel like I was just a commission check for him. He truly treated my family and I like he wanted me to just be taken care of. Even after I bought the vehicle, I have talked to him a few more times, and he is the real deal. I will be buying another car in about a year, and there is no way I am going anywhere else. Great dealership, everyone is friendly and the place is just a nice establishment. But the clincher, for my family and I, is Jesse Saiz. Go see him!
I purchased a new Nissan Rogue from NiSSAN of Boerne in June. It was the best experience I have ever had in my 45 years of car purchasing experience. The customer care people are A+++, from mechanics to bookkeepers, and everyone in between. Jesse Said was the BEST car salesman I have ever encountered. I was treated like family.
