I just bought a 2015 Altima from Matthew Swegan. Originally I was looking at a 2014 and did all the online paper work that was necessary. I was supposed to come in on that next Monday to close the deal. BUT some how that car was sold on Saturday. Because they had made a mistake they wanted to make it right and offered me the 2015. which of course is newer and also had LESS miles on it than the 2014. I am so in love with this car, & it surpasses the 2014. As far as my payments not much more than the 2014 would have been. My trade in was also an Altima and I was given a very fair price for it. Matthew was a delight to work with, very courteous, & friendly. There were very minor touch up's needed for the 2015, and while it was being taken care of I was given a 2016 Nissan Rogue as a Loner. Also, I was able to get some customized mats for the front and back of my new car. I am more than satisfied, with the new purchase as well as how everything from beginning to end was handled. This is my second car from Montrose and I would recommend Montrose to anyone!
Car was waiting for me up front when I arrived. Took quick test drive and went back to dealership. Buying process was easy and warranty and options were explained to me. Then I was on my way.
What a great experience! Kenny Coleman responded to me quickly and began working to find the right car for me immediately. He took the time to ask all the questions any car buyer would like to be asked. The result was my new Nissan Sentra with my payment exactly where I said it needed to be. I got a very fair trade-in for my old vehicle as well. As long as I have Kenny Coleman as my salesman to guide me through the process, I will return to Montrose Nissan everytime.

On June 8, 2016, I had my Nissan Rogue in for service. I was a standard maintenance appointment plus state inspection and emission inspection. The service manager, Sarah, went out of her way to take care of our needs. She is an outstanding employee and would recommend this dealership because of her.
