Brenden worked with warranty provider to get me coverage for an expensive repair. The warranty company covered labor and material cost for a repair they said was not normally covered.They "comped" the repair because I had no prior claims in four years. Brenden went out of his way to work with the warranty provider. This type of service and integrity keeps me buying my autos from Larry. Miller and recommending you to others.

Horrible service. Outrageous charges. They don't know much about how to wash a vehicle. Service Manager never returned my phone call--overall very bad service.
Brought my 2014 Jeep Patriot for its 30,000 mile checkup. Brandon was great as usual. I always schedule my service appointments with him. He kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle and had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I always bring my laptop with me and get my work done while I wait. The computer area is great. We have bought several vehicles here and it is because the service department in so good.
Good service honest trouble shooting on time delivery of vehicle. Works great with warranty costumer and none warranty wear and tear as well, generally cares about the well being of the costumer.
Part took too long to arrive even though I paid for expedited shipping (which was later deducted). Service rep was difficult to reach by phone at times but he did work with me on the cost of the repair.
