We did not look anywhere else because the service department is wonderful and they found the right car for us. Our 2014 Wscape was totaled after someone ran into us, so we were not expecting to go car shopping right now. But we were treated with respect and are really going to enjoy our new 2017 Escape! Pete is knowledgeable but never pressured us.

They went above and beyond to find me a car that I really wanted! They knew I wanted out of the car I had! I gave them a few different cars that I wanted and the one I got it great! I have never been to a dealership that was so friendly and thoughtful of your needs and desires. I dealt with PETE SMITH AND TRAVIS PROWANT AND MIKE IN THE FINANCIAL DEPT. Even had the pleasure of talking with MIKE THE MAIN MANAGER. PETE went out of way several times to make me happy, and I will always buy my cars from him and recommend him highly to my friends.
Overall dealing with kunes was a good experience. They took the time to try and find a vehicle that hit everything on our wish list with competitive prices
They listened to my needs, worked with my financial situation, and found a vehicle that fulfilled everything on my checklist that I was able to drive out of the lot.
