Service department never answers the phone. They have someone finally take your number and have someone call you back. That never happens. It's a joke. Went to Lampe in visalia to get oil change done without an appointment. In and out in about 45 mins. Now they have a great service department! Will be going there from now on.
Our car broke down and we needed a new one urgently. We decided to go to Jim Manning dealer in hope to get something affordable. Our credit score is in working progress so we weren't the easy clients, but to our pleasant surprise the staff heard our "cry" and put all efforts into getting us the best deal. Our salesman Josh did a fantastic job to not only advise us on the best plan of actions but to get us approved for a great deal. We are sure glad we chose these guys. I believe it's a second or third generation company, and you can tell they know their job.Very polite and knowledgeable staff, they don't rush you into anything, great quality customer service, over 200 vehicles to choose from.My husband said our next car is gonna be from Jim Manning's lot. Working with Manuel was a very pleasurable experience. He was patient with me in deciding which trim level of Grand Cherokee to buy. When it came time to talk numbers he was able to give me what i thought was a very favorable discount. No run around getting approval from an upper manager which was very nice! Paper work at the completion of the sale took less than 30 minutes. Dealers Like Jim Manning Jeep are an asset to the industry.

Service department repairs take forever. Have a 7:30 am appointment and waiting? Won't be ready until 2 or 3 in afternoon. Unprofessional when it comes to recalls. No official waiting list. We were lied to about our place and yelled at over phone and had a very difficult time getting owner to call us and then no apology. They don't appreciate my family and I have purchased at least 5 new cars from then last 40 years. NO MORE. Good bye.
My husband and I had FUN buying our car. We visited so may dealerships that pressured and frustrated us. Jim Manning Dodge respected us and showed us what we wanted. They also went out of their way to make us happy.
