Not so imperial after all. 1 mill $$$ inventory accompanied by 1$ service. You really think that anyone wants to wait for 30 min to get service? To add to my disappointment, I was the only client on the lot. Granted, there was a female trying to help out in the beginning and a detailing specialist who was more then willing to help but the person that really mattered (Peter) could not be bothered. Furthermore, for a high end dealer your lot was littered with cigarette butts and the paint is pealing of your front door. The temperature in the office was reading 76 degrees and the whole place smelled like fried food. Absolutely nothing imperial about that. Reading through the reviews, I can see that you have a tendency to mistreat your clients. Hope you close your doors soon.

Originally we planned on buying two cars in cash from a Mercedes Benz dealership, but after we felt discriminated against, we left and searched for the car we wanted online and found Imperial Auto. At first, we did admit their lot looked a bit shady considering its also in Manassas, but don't judge a book by its cover. We stopped by a day after visiting the other dealership and we walked out a few hours later with the car we wanted. When coming into this dealership you are treated with a sense of equal respect and helpfulness no matter what your price range or market of vehicle is. The staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. There are no sales tricks or trying to oversell you on anything. They were really helpful and we were in an out with fast service. We would buy any car from this dealership and their staff just for the experience. Also make sure you get to know Jose, the guy who cleans and details the cars after you buy them, he did an excellent job and makes your car basically look brand new. Thanks to everyone there.

go see Pete at imperial highline he is a cool dude. got my E350 from him its a 2011 but looks band new. this lot is CRAZY bro they have Ferraris and everything stuff that is def out my price range, the process was easy had a check from my credit union but pete and bob got me a lower rate so I went with wells fargo which my mortgage is through so it worked out good. Go see Pete man cool dude. think I found myself a "car" home.

I have purchased vehicle's in the past but the customer service that I have received with imperial auto was just outstanding, I bought bmw 3 series and I love it, I wish all car dealers will be like them, they never pushed me to buy and I got the best deal and the lowest rate compare to my credit union, when you go there ask for JASON.

I purchased an older model BMW 650i with low mileage some months ago at the Kincheloe Drive location in Manassas. . I had a 5 - series prior to that for 5 years that I loved but this one is my dream car!!!!! The Car runs great and was immaculate inside and out. I'm just so pleased for a vehicle of this quality and the low price I paid for it at this Establishment. Everybody thinks it's a brand new and can't believe what I paid for it. I'm a patient person and it took me two months - test driving other 6 series and most of them the mileage was too high even on newer models than the one I purchased. I asked if they could change a few things out on the car and they did without any hesistation. I would definitely purchase from them again.

If the Company seems big and luxurious, the service is the poorest on earth. From the day I bought my car to day, I am still struggling for my rights as a customer. Incapable of getting things done, their best excuse of what I would qualify as row and naked incompetency is:'' the person in charge is away but we will do this or that'' then absolutely nothing. People do not be fooled by the appearances, behind these parking lot you will encounter the nightmare of your life because buying a car is already stressful but believe or not emperial auto will make you live on day light the unspeakable.

I am 46 years old and have purchased many vehicles over time for my wife, me, and 3 of our kids. This is the best dealership I've yet experienced. Very competitively priced, no nonsense, and very responsive to my questions on email or text. They don't call you 5x a day, and use phony traditional car sales language. They don't work on individual commissions, so you can talk to any salesperson. We set this purchase up via email, so it took little time. They had the vehicle detailed and paperwork ready to sign when we got there. Very friendly. Very easy. I will return here for next vehicle, and refer others. IF YOU LIVE IN RICHMOND VA AREA, DRIVE TO THEIR FREDERICKSBURG LOCATION AND SAVE YOURSELF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

I went to get a c class Mercedes from Imperial Auto, they made my experience really pleasant, it took them like thirty minutes to get me financed and I was on my way home, I do recommend them to all my friends and family and whom reading this review, AJ and Jason was my salesman, I didn't feel like they pushed me to buy a car even though I had my mind set on that vehicle because I did allot search on the best price's for a week.

these dudes cool. straight forward. personally have a bit of credit report flaws, and they didn't beat around the bush with it. told a playa what it is was and still got me in a 2014 Chrysler two hunnit. last place I had went to tried to charge me a fee for getting a deal cuz of bad credit. these dudes was cool bout it. had to put down little more money then I wanted but they took care of ya boy. gon back to hop in that mazi they got when I get my credit together boiii.

BMW has always been my dream car until I bought it from imperial then my dream became a nightmare! 1.The sales people have such bad attitudes - and disorganized 2.The car was on an accident that didn't show on carfax (costed me extra $800 to replace a non-bmw part that they installed) 3. Worn tires that need to be replaced (Costed me another $800) 4. The gas tank was almost empty I am holding to it until I am able to replace it with a new car - definately will be going back to Honda as my BMW dream was cut short by these insensitive people!
