Hondru Ford of Manheim
My wife and I both bought new vehicles from Hondru. We've both had wonderful experiences and we always get good service. It surprises me to see the negative reviews on here. Hondru is a family-owned dealership that tries very hard to make sure their customers get the best deal and have awesome service afterwards.
My wife and I originally stopped here just to look at vehicles on the lot. Ian approached us and was understanding of what we wanted to accomplish that day. He answered all the questions we had and was very helpful. We left the lot very impressed with the vehicle we test drove and the experience there. We returned the next day and purchased a 2013 Escape. Matt assisted us in the sales process and was equally as nice and helpful as Ian. Overall, a great experience!
The service at Hondru has been great, particularly when I had the incident with the broken hydraulic line in my Corvette convertible top. Do you know that Val got my car inside when it was delivered after hours by roadside assistance, called to let me know the car was safe and then offered to pay for the towels that had gotten damaged? ( I said it wasn't necessary and was surprised to find them in my trunk all washed and neatly folded!!) I was worried about fluid damage to my interior but the car was returned to me in new condition, completely detailed! I've told this story to many people with high praise for Hondru! Please pass this along to Val and everyone at Hondru!
I have been using Hondru Ford's service and body shop for the past couple years and we have been very happy with our experience. They make it very easy to schedule appts and all repairs are always completed on time and done the right way. I have unfortunately had to use the body shop a few times because someone has hit my car but Vic was able to make it all look like new again. Thanks again and I will be returning in the future.
My favorite car guys! My family & I have been purchasing vehicles from Hondru for many years. They have always been friendly, easy to deal with, and always seem to find us the car that fits us best. Their service and body shop have been very accommodating and helpful as well. I had damaged my Fusion that we just purchased and Vic was able to get it in immediately so that it was ready for my wife when she returned from vacation. Our salesman has even picked up and dropped off our vehicles for service when it is needed. We are happy Hondru customers!
Chevrolet should be ashamed of Hondru Chevrolet in Manheim, PA. The absolute worst customer service of all Chevrolet dealerships I have dealt with! Definitely a dealership that is not focused on customers but more focused on their convenience. Such a horrible customer experience I may trade my Chevrolet in for another brand. I will be contacting GM to inform them that as a long time lease holder, I was treated with such second-class service.
Interesting, Kartman1's comments below are very similar to our experience. Purchased used vehicle (15k), option were listed on window sticker and we were told by salesman that the vehicle had were not there. After complaining we were told they would install the option at their cost - took car in to have the options installed and were told it would be twice the price as we were originally verbally quoted.
Great experience buying a used jeep. Ian was very helpful and easy to work with. Not the typical experience of the "pushy or fake" salesperson. They were willing to work with me on the price and for my trade. I would come back in the future.
I have bought my 2nd Edge and 3rd Ford from Hondru Ford. They have not let me down yet. Ian is wonderful to work with answers every questions takes his time never makes you feel like he is in a rush. He also sold my mother her used Edge. Ian was not able to be there when she picked it up and yet again we dealt with a great salesman Nate. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and to get what we wanted. Shana is very sweet and makes having to sign all those papers not so trying. The sales mangers Val and Chris helped us to get the best deal. Would not go any where else for my next edge!
I bought my first NEW car ever from Hondru Auto Group and i couldnt be happier. Ian Chea the saleman was so helpful and nice. He took his time and showed me different cars and answered all my questions. He got me everything i wanted and some cool extras i didnt know i wanted,so thanks Ian! I will only buy cars from Hondru and will tell my friends to car shop there too!!
