Heritage Mitsubishi

The first couple of times I went when Tiffany Bruce and Peter Huhn were around were great. After that service went downhill. While waiting on my vehicle, a salesperson was talking to another person about how they should come work at Heritage Mitsubishi and they would make great money and bragged about how much she made off the car she just sold in front of me the customer. I don't want to hear salespeople bragging about how much they made while waiting in the waiting area. The other time I went there, the service guy said he would be at my car with my keys after I paid. The guy was nowhere to be found, nor were my keys even though the car was sitting there waiting. I had to go to Heritage Cadillac and have them contact the person who had my keys to see if they could find him. It took over 15 minutes to get my keys back so I could leave. Other times, I have gone online to schedule an appointment and have not been contacted back by email or phone to confirm the time. I contacted my previous dealer the same way online and was instantly contacted back the same day I sent an appointment request. Even though the previous dealer is further out, their service is far better than what I have had the past 2 years at Heritage.

Peter was great to work with. He got us a new Outlander at the price that we could pay. Their service department is also very good with getting us in and out very quickly with our free oil change.

Tiffany was great. She is the one reason I will continue to come back to the dealership for service. She was able to get me in and out without a lot of drama. She got back to me with quotes and expected repairs. She is totally awesome.

Tiffany Bruce has made my experience with the dealership wonderful. She has made my visit to the serice department enjoyable. She is always going the extra mile to ensure that I get the best service possible; alway keeping me abreast and making the service experience great.
