Germain Honda
I rarely take the time to write a review, but I am making an exception because of the outstanding service I received at Germain Honda. I had been to five other dealerships prior to going to Germain and I was feeling very frustrated. I was very impressed by the work ethic and 5 star treatment while buying a vehicle at Germain. John and Mike made me feel like I was their only customer. They treated me with great respect even though I had a limited budget, and were willing to work with me to get the car that I wanted. I can absolutely guarantee that I will never go to another dealership again as long as John and Mike are at Germain.
Let me start by saying that we "were" left alone for more than 5 minutes while making our purchase because we requested it. Lauren and I were left to discuss between us where our needs and finances intersected. With no one standing over our shoulder. We felt very comfortable making our decision. When we were done we called for Rocco who responded immediately. We sat with Rocco told him what was possible if he could agree. After just a small amount of compromise on each side Lauren and I purchased the vehicle we had chosen. We felt our experience with this dealership and exceptional staff was top shelf. We expect to return for all our future purchases and services. You guys and girls deserve all the praise I have offered here. Your the ones that make Germain Honda what it is. #1 in our book. Yesterday I bought a new 2016 Honda Fit. I have been a big fan of Honda for many years, but I was very happy to find out that Germain Honda of Naples made the buying experience very pleasant also. My salesman Rocco Mikasser was the most knowledgeable and friendly person that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I never felt pressured and he was so patient as I decided which car I liked the best. I would never buy a car from anyone else. Euri Gonzalez, the finance manager, was also very knowledgeable and quickly processed all the required paperwork. The Germain Team made buying my new car actually fun!
We purchased a used Honda Fit from Germain Honda of Naples. Our purchase was done on-line. Mr. Tim Stack and his crew in the Used Car Sales are TOP SHELF people. Car was clean. Data on the vehicle were honest and true. Customer service prior to, during, and post purchase second to none. We felt like the most important person in the room was us. Great experience. And Lee and Company in Service -- now THERE'S a service team from heaven. Princess in drive up is to be commended. All in all -- for an on-line care purchase -- we could not be happier.
