I"m only putting 1 star because there isn't even an option for zero! They lied and stated they performed service I came for, but they did not, and I have to have it fixed at another dealership. DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE.

Easiest and most pleasant car buying experience ever!!! Monet was great. She spent a lot of time with me showing me all the features of the car. Have not been to the service department yet, but if they are half as good as the sales department I will be happy.

I was told about Ed Voyles Kia by a friend who was very happy with his experience there . Our salesman-Jeff Braun- was exceptional in every way. He went to great lengths to help us make the purchase and show us the ropes about the new features we were not familiar with. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Jeff Braun

I came to this dealer to buy a new car because a year ago I bought a new 2015 Model Soul! and was very happy with it. The problem is it got completely totaled in a 4 car wreck on I75/85 in downtown Atlanta. I had a car in the lane next to me get hit, and go airborne, crashing down on the right front of my Soul!, and then another car hit me in the right rear trying to avoid the accident. My car was totaled, but my grandson and I were protected so well inside the Soul! that neither of us had to be hospitalized. Between "crumple zones", seat belts and great air bags, like the ones in the seats, we could walk away from this terrible wreck.So there was no doubt in my mind that I would get another Kia to replace the one that saved our lives.I bought my 2015 (first Kia I ever owned) at Ed Voyles in Smyrna Ga, and that was the place I felt comfortable shopping for my replacement vehicle. I went on line first because I wanted another ! model. It appeared there were next to none 2015's left in the Atlanta area, and only a handful of the 2016 model !'s . The only one that interested me was over in Chamblee, but the same Ed Voyle Ownership. I was happy with Ed Voyles in Smyrna when I bought my 2015, so I stopped in there. I was lucky and found the Salesman I worked with last year, Jeff Braum. I told him about the accident, showed him pictures and told how pleased I was with the car, and wanted a replacement. It got totaled but it saved my Grandson and myself from serious injury. I liked the car and had no complaints, and I was so impressed with its safety, that a direct replacement is the only car I would consider.I showed Jeff Braun pics of the accident, told him my story, and showed him a print out of the car I wanted. I did a lot of on-line shopping and and only found one in the Atlanta area that had all the options I wanted. It was a 2016 ( ! model again, an almost exact match except color, and I like new color more than my 2015) and Jeff was super to work with again. He worked with me on a price I felt was fair, and discounts.He personally went over to the other dealership in Chamblee to get the car and bring it back to Smyrna. He got it detailed, made sure everything was perfect, came over to my house, picked me up in his car and drove me to Smyrna. We finalized the sale in no time because the gentleman in Finance/Closing, Melvin Cain, was also great and very helpful. It was a Knockout, One -Two punch team.I am extremely happy working with these 2 gentlemen and this dealership, and appreciate the speed and amount of effort they both made in getting me behind the wheel of another great car.

WARM, KNOWLEDGEABLE, NOT PUSHY, PATIENT, CONFIDENT. SHE WAS SUPPORTED BY THE SALES MGR, MR. I always seek out Diane when I bring my car in for service. Not only is she courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable, she goes that extra step to make sure that my car is getting the right service at the right time and is quick to recommend repairs or services that I am not aware of, but is to my benefit. My car is 6 years old and runs like new thanks to Diane.

Everyone in service is very helpful and friendly. Diana Bell is the best. My van always comes back to me clean and vacuumed. They do everything they can to make sure it is running perfect.
