So happy I stopped in to check out the Black Friday deals. I had excellent service by Dan Hamblin he was very professional and listened to my wants and he was able to find me a 2017 Jeep Compass fully loaded. Dan was very knowledgeable about the different small/medium sized SUVS. He handled switching over my insurance from AAA. I was rolling out within 2 hours with my new SUV. I love it :-)

I worked with Dan Hamblin to lease a Jeep Patriot today and, thanks to him, the process was painless. Straightforward and knowledgeable, he worked with me to get the best deal possible for what I needed, laying all my options out on the table without pressuring me one way or another. He, and the dealership, were happy to accommodate me even when I started second-guessing myself and changing my mind (Which I did more than a couple of times). Not once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, or not listening and taking my wants and needs into consideration. I am very pleased and plan on going to them for all my future vehicle needs. Thanks again Dan!

If ANYONE is looking for the most honest, friendly, considerate, dealership, in all of Michigan, they need to make a trip to, Dick Scott, (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) and check them out. If you want a Chrysler product, of any kind, you need to get to know these people. It could be the sales people, the service people, the BIG OLD BAD finance guy, or the operators who answer the phones. They are genuinely the most knowledgeable, and friendly, and courteous people you will ever meet. My salesperson was Antwone Bedford, for the 4th or 5th time. Extremely poor customer service. I Leased a brand new Jeep that had a mark on the backseat and only 1 key fob. I was told they would order me a new seat cover and second key fob right away. Never heard back from my salesman or the sales manager. Long story short, it took over a month to get the seat fixed and receive the second key and it only got taken care of after I got Jeep HQ involved. I will be going down the street to FoxHills for my future Jeep purchases and needs.
