Deluxe Auto was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their customer service is excellent. My mother and I went there to check out their Nissan NVP to use as a family van and we were able to drive away with it a few hours later. Rafael made that possible and was so awesome. He was so detailed with everything, very honest, and great with following up after our purchase. Came all the way from Brooklyn and it was well worth it! I called literally one week ago to discuss an Audi A5 that I saw on Cargurus and was lucky enough to speak with Rafael. I called from out of state which is not ideal for purchasing a car. Rafael was kind enough to take three videos of the car, as well as photos, and honestly point out imperfections (which were few). I was immediately impressed with his honesty, his attention to detail and his customer service. Over the course of the last week, he has responded to all of my questions and made me feel as though I was his most important customer. We finalized the purchase yesterday and somehow he managed to get the car here - more than 1,300 miles away - today. He was excellent and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a car - even out of state. My experience at Deluxe Auto Sales was positive solely in part because of Rafael. Let me start by saying Rafael was a great experience. He was able to describe the whole process from beginning to end. He helped us out on getting approved for the amount we were looking for. Fees! but none were hidden here! He was able to explain all the fees and what the benefits were from it. We definitely feel like we came out winning and it was a great experience for everybody. Deluxe Auto was great in assisting with all the paperwork and getting the right number for us. Explaining extended Warranty and getting the best deal for us has never been easier. In just a few hours we got the car we wanted. I would recommend this place again and if I ever needed to buy another car I would drive another hour and a half to get it. This place has really nice cars.
