Concord Nissan
Just leased our second Pathfinder from Rich at Concord Nissan. He found just the vehicle we were looking for with all the specs we wanted. We travel over an hour because we prefer this dealership.
we are on our 3rd lease with Concord Nissan and again were blown away by the care and professionalism provided by them. We have been so pleased over the years I've also had my niece and mother-in-law lease from them as well. Rich Boyd was probably the best we've had so far. He was so accommodating and helpful through the entire process. Got us in and out quicker then we ever have and followed up with us after to make sure everything was going great. BEST EXPERIENCE YET. Only place we'll go for vehicles.
This is the fourth car I have bought from this dealership. No one likes having to buy a new car but dealing with Rich Boyd at Concord Nissan you don't feel pressured. He listens to what you are looking for, makes some suggests and let's you make the ultimate decision. Dennis also listens and will be reasonable when it comes to price. Adam was very professional and went out of his way to assist me with returning a rental car to Hertz!If you haven't used their service department you should! Troy and Dave are the best!!
To put it in a nut shell, I am not very easy to deal with purchasing a new car and the team at Concord NIssan made it a delightful experience. I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder on Friday July 15. Jeremy Kercheval was a delightful sales manager to deal with, he knew i was on the fence spending money and never once made me feel uncomfortable and allowed me time to come to my own conclusion. Once the deal was made, i meet with Dennis which too was a joy to work with. Just bought a 2016 Nissan Altima SV and traded our 2013 Altima. Love the new features, especially the bigger camera screen and navigator. My wife and I celebrated 43 years of marriage today and this car is just perfect for us. Living in NH, it gets cold in the winter and the heated steering wheel and seats are new features that we will appreciate for years!Rich Boyd is our sales rep and he is very attentive, knows the car cold and spent 15 minutes helping me to move all of our stuff from the 2013 to the 2016. Every time I have had service at Concord Nissan, the crew are very attentive to my requests, most recently to remove some tree pitch from the hood of the 2013. This is the 25th vehicle I have owned in my lifetime, so I speak with authority when I say Concord Nissan is the best dealership ever.
Just bought a barely-used 2015 Altima 2.5S from Rich Boyd, same salesman that sold me the 2013 Altima 2.5S that they just took in trade. I came in without an appointment and was out in the new vehicle in just over 2 hours. My wife and I have had two other Nissans from this dealership and we agree the buying experience is comfortable, they listen and deal with you politely. Rich is a great salesman, does not waste your time, nor does he push. Helps that he is selling a great line of cars - current model Altimas are wonderful cars.
This is the 3rd Nissan that we have bought from Concord Nissan. Rich and the whole Nissan team are very professional and very thorough. It is a real pleasure working with Concord Nissan. The staff are kind and courteous above and beyond any other dealerships we have visited. Our sales associate Richard Boyd has assisted us with both purchases and has the best sales and customer relationship above and beyond what you would expect. Of course the rest of the team deserves a 5 star rating for their professional approach. We were upside down with both of our previous vehicles and Richard and his team worked deals for us that other dealerships told us were not possible. Their service department also deserves a 5 star rating for their fast, courteous, and quality service to their customers. Concord Nisson will not sell you a vehicle and forget you, they follow with a call and a letter to assure you are continuing to enjoy the satisfaction you acquired the day of your purchase. We will not consider a future purchase from any dealer other than Concord Nisson.
