Alan was the most helpful sales rep I worked with during my search for a new vehicle. He is knowledgeable, answered quickly all my questions and did so in a pleasant manner.
I recently visited CR Toyota and ended up purchasing a new 2017 RAV4. I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience at the dealership. Terry and Tim and the whole crew were absolutely fantastic to work with - the car selection and buying process was effortless. Terry was extremely personable, knowledgeable and showed me all of the features of the vehicle. I would highly recommend CR Toyota!!
Stefan was fantastic to work with and this was by far the best car buying experience I have had. Stefan took the time to understand what I was looking for and kept me informed of vehicles as they came into inventory. Often he would send a video link so that I could get a view of the car before traveling to the dealership. Any questions were quickly answered via text, email, or phone. The negotiation and trade-in process was professional and transparent. Stefan worked with me over a couple months to find just the right car, and I ultimately purchased a 2010 Toyota Highlander. I highly recommend that you work with Stefan if you are in the market for a car.
I bought my first Toyota, a 2012 Prius, from Alan at Cedar Rapids Toyota. Alan makes the car buying experience as painless as possible. He is also extremely knowledgeable about his product line and it shows during his vehicle demonstrations.When it came time to buy our new Highlander, I knew who I could depend on. I called Alan and let him know I was on my way and what I was looking for.. Alan is a perfect fit for being the Internet manager as well because he puts extra effort into communicating electronically with his customers. I could not find a vehicle with a tan interior after talking with 9 dealers. Spencer took the time to find one many miles away. We got a fair price and had a great experience. Will come back even thought it is and hour and one half away.
Justin Hess was my salesman and he did an awesome job. We texted back and forth frequently with new cars that had come on the lot. He knew what I was looking for and took every opportunity to make sure I knew what came in for trades. I think I test drove five cars and finally found the one I liked. He never got tired of my questions and answered them. If he didn't know the answer he found out. The sales team was friendly and curtious. I would highly recommend Justin to any of my friends. He has a bright future in the car business.
I worked with Alan by email and then my phone on the purchase of a vehicle. I was from out of state, just over 3 hours away, so I didn't want to make the trip unless I was confident I'd be purchasing the car and we had the price agreed to ahead of time. Alan sent me additional pictures and offered to send a video of one portion of the car I asked about. He was up front about the price and assured me there wouldn't be an extra costs when I showed up. It went smooth when I arrived and it wasn't at all the "typical" dealer experience that makes you avoid and dread buying a new car. I wish I wasn't so far away but when it's time for another vehicle I'll definitely check in with Alan and Cedar Rapids Toyota because this was definitely my best experience buying from a dealership.

This is my third vehicle from this dealer. The service department is always very good at communicating with me and providing timely service. This is one of the reasons I continue to buy Toyotas. When it came to all of the paperwork required for buying my new car, Wendy was very easy to deal with. I felt soooooo very comfortable with her and her skills.Wendy is skilled and she is so very nice. She is one of those people who you just want to say, you are so very nice....can we do lunch.
