Bought the car without ever seeing it. Sales Person was very knowledge and upfront about every quesion asked did not sly from my questions. Sent me all the details and even had the car shipped to me at a very cheap rate saved me tickets and drive, im enjoying every bit of my new Lexus ES350 would recommend anyone to buy to them very easy team to deal with even sent the title within a week unlike most dealerships that take their time after they sale a car.

Bought my 2013 S550 about 6 months ago and still running like a charm. The staff AX Auto took care of every concern and was very knowledgeable with the vehicle, they even spent the time to show me how to operate the vehicle. Price was amazing and I couldn't ask for anything more because they were upfront about the entire process and no hidden issues with the vehicle even with their low prices compared to the market for the same vehicle. I will recommend anyone and buy my next car from them again.
In my initial inquiry I asked specific questions about a carfax & if the car had a sunroof. I then received a generic email asking when I wanted to come look at the car, not a single answer to my questions. I then asked if my inquiry was read. Then asked the same questions again. The sales lady told me to look up the requested info on their website. I then had to email back there was not a carfax online & again for photos of of the roof, to see if there was a sunroof, which photos were not available online. All in all, I was ready & able to purchase this vehicle, but the lazy saleswoman doesn't deserve my business.
