Received recall problem by mail, and setting up the appointment was quick. Ask for MIKE AGUILAR at the Buena Park Toyota dealer ... he was courteous, helpful and with a great sense of humor. He had the car ready when he had offered which to us is an indication of him being reliable. We all appreciate respecting our time. Getting the car was prompt as well. What a difference this guy did. Excellent customer service. Everyone is very helpful and attentive.

I had an appointment but waited 1.5 hrs for tire rotation and basic check. I was told it would take 1 hr max. I probably waited an extra 30 minutes because my car was sitting there while no one came to let me know it was done. I had to go to the counter myself and ask. Waiting area is really small. Would rather drive further to a different Toyota dealer for all future services.
