I made it clear on the that I wanted to turn in my lease and buy a new car. I also tell him about recent damage to the car and ask how the end of lease process works. Richard Martinez pushes hard for me to come in even though I tell him it's an hour drive. I ask him to talk to his leading expert and he gives the impression that he did. We even agree to a price on the car. I get there, he makes me wait 20 mins, and he says we need to schedule a separate inspection and I will be billed. I tell him we could have had this conversation on the phone. Instead of apologizing, he shrugs his shoulders. I say thanks for wasting 2.5 hours of my time and walk out.
Excellent service provided. Service was completed when promised and bill was less than anticipated. I will continue to use Apple Ford/Lincoln in the future.
I recently had my Ford serviced at Apple Ford. My service advisor was Dusty Odom. She was excellent at explaining all of my car's needs. And kept in constant contact with me during the whole process of the repair. I would highly recommend Apple Ford morso Dusty Odom as an advisor.
I took my 2016 for explorer in for service because the service engine light came on. I ended up dropping the vehicle off so they could diganose the problem . Before the end of the day she was calling me back letting me know the exact problems with my vehicle. My service writer was Dusty Odom and she was sensational. She explained the problem and what options were available to solve my issues, also she checked and made sure i approved the repairs before the mechanics worked on the vehicle. Last but not least her attitude was very pleasant and that's very important to me as a customer. I would definitely refer a friend or family to her and the dealership because of my positive experience I encountered
The dealer and sales representative (Bob Koser) worked with us to find the car that we wanted. They worked to make sure the car was ready when we arrived and helped us understand the features of the vehicle.

The exceptional customer service I received at the Service Department, by the Service Manager, Curtis, and my Service Advisor, David, was beyond my expectations. The shuttle was stuck in traffic and when the the Sales Manager heard I was upset he personally drove me to work in the other shuttle. He wasn't aware at the time but I'm a nursing mom and my schedule is pretty rigid, his stepping in to get me to my office on time meant more to me than just getting to work, and was truly above and beyond. The Service Advisor called later that day and offered a loaner vehicle since they hadn't yet been able to diagnose my Lincoln, when I explained that I would just have to bring it back in, due to the car seat installed in my car, he said he would see what he could do. He called back within 2 hours and said he was able to diagnose the issue and fix my heater, everything was ready. Curtis and David provided outstanding customer service and ensured that I will certainly return to Apple Ford - thank you!
I know I was ready for a new car. I just wasn't sure which one. Luckily, I wound up with Mike B. He is an extremely bright young man who knows cars and loves helping people find the right car for themselves. I can sometimes be critical or disappointed when I'm plopping down money. Not this time. I didn't feel rushed, I didn't feel talked down to. I felt taken care of by a gentle man who loves what he is doing. And, I love my new car.
Steve Myers is a wonderful person and sales person. He provided all the necessary information for me to purchase a Ford Edge. There were and continues to be a few snags, but Steve has worked with me all the way. If more sale people were like Steve they wouldn't get such a bad reputation.
I've been meaning to write this review for several months. Several months ago, after a routine oil change, I had "fluid" leaking from my SUV and had to have it towed back to Apple Ford the same day. Not something you are ever really happy about happening.BUT Mr. Curtis Ford came to the rescue. Turns out my radiator needed replacing. He worked with me and we got the situation resolved and the SUV was back on the road the next day. Mr. Curtis Ford showed exceptional customer service and really helped me get this worked out.
