Cause of problem and remedy explained very well. Employee said he would send paperwork , but never received any.Don't know if that is important.

Dropped by without appt, got right in and work done quickly. Wheel alignment problem was identified and fixed during the same visit. Vehicle was washed and cleaned inside as well.

Excellent service and even told me what I didn't need to have done. Thought I needed brakes but was told I could wait quite a while longer. Handled recall battery and alignment promptly.

We had the recall part replaced on our TL. Easy to get appointment made and quick service. I was invited to have coffee or drink while waiting.

Service for regular oil change and recall work.

Service contacts are always friendly, helpful, etc. We come from out of town so really appreciated the use of a loaner vehicle to do some shopping while in Omaha.

The service department at Acura of Omaha is the best! Not only are they very friendly, but they are honest as well. I came in about six weeks ago thinking I might need to replace my tires. They took a look and let me know I still had a little wear left on the tires. They gave me information about the cost of replacement and time needed to perform the work. They even noted this in my oil change paperwork so that when I was ready to schedule the tire change all the info could be easily accessed. I really believe they are looking out for both me and my car!
