My service consultant provided excellent customer service. Even though I did an early bird drop off, he came by me to explain the services. When I picked up my vehicle, he took the time to explain what was done and made recommendations for future services. I received my car back in a timely manner.
Great, and fast service. service adviser was curtious and helpful. Car was ready in the time promised. Like that they wash and vacuumed the car.
Acura of Honolulu provided a free tire rotation because the oil and filter change took longer than expected. I dropped the car off at 10:30 a.m. It was ready by 5:00 p.m.

Had an Acura MDX from 2003-2011. Switched to a Mercedes GLK350 for 2 years...hated it after the first year. Went back to the Acura MDX from 2014 to now. Never had a bad experience with the SUV OR the SERVICE at Acura!!!
